Jay Gordon Nessen

Jay Gordon Nessen Tremonton: Jay Gordon Nessen, 60, died August 5, 2002, at the McKay Dee Hospital in Ogden. He was born April 9, 1942, in Tremonton, the son of Gordon and Katheryne Maughan Nessen. He married Linda Eichel and they later divorced. He was reared and educated in Tremonton, graduating from Bear River High School. He was the owner/operator of his own trucking business. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, tennis, archery, the piano, scuba diving, and being in the outdoors. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He is survived by his children, Joni D?onofrio, Tremonton; Jana Richard Rawson, Farr West; Eric Renee Nessen, Garland; Jason Linda Nessen and Travis Nessen, Tremonton; 17 grandchildren; three great grandchildren, and a brother Nyal Patty Nessen, St. George. Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 8, 2002, 11:00 a.m. at the Tremonton LDS South Stake Center, 1150 South Tremont Street. Friends may call Wednesday, August 7th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Thursday, August 8th from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Rogers and Taylor Funeral Home, 111 North 100 East, Tremonton.
