Jason Cory Painter, age 33, was killed in an automobile accident April 4, 2005. He was born July 9, 1971 in Logan, Utah. Jason received his education in Logan, graduating from Logan High School. He was a member of the LDS church. Jason grew up in Logan, played Little League Football and was on the wrestling team in high school. He loved the outdoors. He loved to fish, go sailing and ride snowmobiles. He was employed as a welder. He worked for ICON, Pickett Welding, Garth Barker White Pine Gallery who was like a second father to him, and currently for Jeff Larsen. He made ornaments for his Mom and friends. Surviving is his son Dylan Jason Painter; his parents Joan and Neil Painter, Logan, Utah; grandparents Royce and Launa Lundberg, Smithfield, Utah; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Lorraine Lundberg and Mark and Irene Painter. Family and friends may call at Nelson Funeral Home, 162 East 400 North, Logan, Utah from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. on Friday April 8, 2005. Services will be held at the funeral home at 12:00 noon.
