Jacob Anthony Pack
Our beloved son, Jacob Anthony Pack, age 20, passed away on April 24, 2012 in Logan, Utah. Jacob was born on June 8, 1991 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. His early years were spent growing up in Cardston, Alberta and Salt Lake City, Utah. In 1996 he moved with his family to Logan, Utah where he attended Ellis Elemetary School, Hillcrest Elementary School, Mount Logan Middle School, and graduated from Logan High School in 2009. Jacob was an avid computer wiz throughout his teenage years and achieved the Sterling Scholar Award in Computer Science at Logan High. After graduation he volunteered for the U.S. Army Reserve, went through boot camp at Fort Jackson, South Carolina, and received specialized training in Fort Lee, Virginia. As a reservist Jacob loved his unit based in Ogden, Utah and was proud to serve his county. Known for his big smile and dry sense of humor, Jacob will be missed by his co-workers, many friends and family.
Jacob is survived by his parents Robert and Lorri Pack; his siblings Jurnee and Justin Pack; his half-brothers Ben Sharon Pack and Jordan Pack; his half-sister Angela Pack; and his grandparents Raymond and Eileen Tondevold and Frederick Pack. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Friday, April 27, 2012 at the LDS Lundstrom Park Chapel, 1260 North 1600 East, Logan, Utah.
