Jacob Vernon Merrill

Jacob Vernon Merrill, 26, born June 11, 1981 returned to his heavenly home April 22, 2008 to be with his loving daughter and brother. Jacob was a loving father, son, and brother. He was preceded in death by a brother, Amos Jr. and a daughter, Katie Isabella. He is survived by his parents, Amos and Elsie Merrill; brother, Joshua J. Merrill; son, Isaiah Vernon Merrill; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was a loving and devoted friend to everyone he knew.
Jacob was an Eagle Scout and a Mechanical Engineer. His life ended suddenly in a motorcycle accident and we will all miss him dearly. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 26, 2008 at the Weston Idaho Chapel, 27 North Center Street, Weston. A viewing will be held Friday evening at Nelson Funeral Home, 162 East 400 North, Logan from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday morning at the Weston church from 9 to 10 a.m. prior to services.
