Jack Terrell Williams Sr., born February 27, 1917 in Montpelier, Idaho to James B Williams and Elizabeth J. Black, died November 13, 2009 at his home in Huntington, Oregon. Jack enlisted on April 1, 1941 in the US Army and was stationed at Germany, Africa, France and England during WWII. He was discharged on February 1, 1946. Jack married Carma May Bright in Litha, Idaho on June 18, 1947. They lived in Emmett, Idaho until they moved to Huntington, Oregon where they lived until Jack's death. . He worked for Oregon Portland Cement Co. until he retired at 62. They had six children who are: Ann Martz, Dorothy Kirk, Joan Roberts, Jane Fantley, Esther Contreras, Jack Williams Jr.; they have fourteen grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. Jack is one of seven children: Russell Sally Williams, Young Ward; Gene Doris Williams, Oklahoma; survive him. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sister: June Racine and Isabel Wayne Gittens; brothers: Earl Williams, and Don Williams. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, November 19, 2009 at Smithfield City Cemetery, 300 East Center Street, Smithfield, Utah. A visitation will take place Thursday at Nelson Funeral Home, 85 South Main, Smithfield, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Condolences may be extended to the family online at
