Jack Roy Machen

Jack R. Machen, 67, passed away February 25, 2007 at the Sunshine Terrace in Logan, Utah. He was born February 27, 1939 in Rexburg, Idaho to George Regnald & Thelma Beatrice Kelly Machen. Jack attended school in Idaho Falls. He served his country with honor as a member of the US Army in Germany in the 60?s. He married Lois Hensley in Idaho Falls. Together they had 3 children: Shawn, Ronald, and Vicky. They were later divorced. Jack remarried and was blessed with another daughter, Jackie. Jack is survived by his 4 children: Shawn & Shirley Weerheim, Afton, WY; Ron and Sherri Weerheim, Preston, ID; Vicky and John Murrillo, Fort Hall, ID and Jacki Hogan, Idaho Falls, ID; 3 sisters and 1 brother: Lorna Elaine and John Yakovich, Kearns, UT; Shirley Marlene Crank, Beverly Jean Horton, Roberts, ID; and Melvin Floyd Buster and Marleen Machen, Priest River, ID. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 24 nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the doctors and staff at Salt Lake?s VA Hospital and the wonderful staff at the Sunshine Terrace for their care and compassion in Jack?s final days here.
