Frank Benson Ward

Ogden - Frank B. Ward, 88, passed away Wednesday, April 7, 2004. He was born January 10, 1916 the son of John and Edna Benson Ward. He married Ellen Russell on November 17, 1948 in the St. George Temple. He was a veteran of WWII. He returned home and went to work at the Navy Base in Clearfield. Later he transferred to DDO where he retired in 1976. He also ran a small farm in Riverside, Utah until 1992. He was a member of the LDS Church where he held many different positions including service in the bishopric.
Surviving are his wife, one son, Kirk and one daughter Dolores Gary Williams. He has four grandsons, one granddaughter, four great grandsons, three great granddaughters and one great, great grandson.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, two sisters and one nephew.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 13, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. Family and friends may call on Monday, April 12, 2004 from 6:00-7:30 p.m. at the Mt. Lewis 1st Ward Church located at 435 North Street, Ogden, Utah and also on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. prior to the funeral.
