Foy Michael Guthrie

Foy Michael Guthrie passed away on August 12, 2013, at the age of 65. He was born in Hobbs, New Mexico, and graduated from Circleville High School in Circleville, Ohio, and Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He served in the Navy and the Air Force. He enjoyed reading, electronics, amateur radio, computers, cars, knives, movies, music, chess, and science fiction. As a child, he also enjoyed baseball and swimming. He is survived by his parents, Foy and Betty Guthrie; his wife, Belen Guthrie; and the following children and grandchildren: Spencer Nancy Guthrie with Anna, Leah, Adam, Lance, and Alex; Michelle Matthew Clifton with Rya, Jefferson, Lexa, and Trevor; Rachael Clint Waldron with Regan, Haden, and Lila; Andrea Guthrie; Jessica Danny Wareing with Veta, Hazel, and Gemma; Theresa Ryan Burch with Jackson and Taylie; Savannah Guthrie; Natalie Chris Morris with Cole and Connor; Suzanne Guthrie; Dale Guthrie; Aileen Boquiron with Raprap; and Abner Ian Jen Boquiron with Kate. A visitation will be held at 9:30 a.m. on August 17 at the Nelson Funeral Home in Logan, Utah. The funeral will immediately follow at 11:00 a.m. at the same location. Interment will be at the Smithfield City Cemetery
