Esther Jackson Anderson Bothwell, UT: Esther Jackson Anderson passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Friday, October 25, 2002, at her home in Bothwell. Esther was born July 3, 1922, in Avon, Utah, the daughter of Alma O. and Nomah Law Jackson. Esther married Clyde M. Anderson August 7, 1947, in the Logan LDS Temple. Esther attended and graduated from South Cache High School. She also attended and graduated from Utah State University. She taught Home Economics at Bear River High School and was advisor to the FHA; many valley people were her students. She also worked in Adult Education as a counselor and in Consumer Education. Esther has served in many LDS church callings. She served as a missionary in the St. Louis Missouri Mission; she also served as a temple worker in the Logan Temple. She is survived by her three children: Garth Vickie Anderson, Sandy; Sharon Stan Simmons, Beaver Dam; Don L Anderson, Sandy; a sister, Vernice Cullimore, Salt Lake City; ten grandchildren and one great granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde, one great granddaughter, her parents, three brothers and one sister. Funeral services will be held, Tuesday, October 29, 2002, 12:00 noon at the Bothwell LDS Ward Chapel, 10350 West 11600 North. Friends may call, Monday, October 28th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Rogers and Taylor Funeral Home, 111 North 100 East, Tremonton and Tuesday, October 29th from 10:30 to 11:40 a.m. at the Bothwell Church. Interment will be in the Bothwell Valley View Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the LDS Church general missionary fund. Condolences may be extended to the family at:
