Ellen R. Ward

Ogden - Ellen R. Ward, passed away Friday, July 23, 2004. She was born in South Weber on October 3, 1915 the fourth daughter of William R. and Ivy Watts Russell. She married Frank B. Ward on November 17, 1948 in the St. George LDS Temple. He preceded her in death on April 7, 2004. She worked at DDO where she retired in 1973. She and Frank enjoyed traveling to many places with their friends and they loved to square dance. Ellen was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Surviving are one son, Kirk and one daughter Dolores Gary Williams. She has four grandsons, one granddaughter, four great grandsons, three great granddaughters and one great, great grandson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, five sisters and two brothers.
Friends and family may gather at Rogers and Taylor funeral home located at 111 North 100 East, Tremonton, Utah from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Graveside services will be held Monday, July 26, 2004 at 11:30 a.m. at the Riverside Cemetery. Her family wishes to thank Vista Care Hospice, Stoney Brooke Assisted Living in Riverdale and Mt. Ogden Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
