Elden Munk Torbensen

Elden Munk Torbensen, 94, passed away peacefully on October 9, 2004 in Logan. He was born March 23, 1910 in Logan the son of Torben Alfred and Sophia Munk Torbensen. On August 19, 1936 he married his sweetheart, Mable Yeaman of Afton, Wyoming in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Elden is survived by his wife, Mable, Logan; three children, Earl Torbensen, Alta Loma, CA, Jerry Torbensen, Kaysville, and Lana Parker, Salt Lake City; 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. A small service for close friends and family will be held Tuesday, October 12, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at Nelson Funeral Home, 162 East 400 North, Logan, with a viewing to be held prior to services from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. Burial will be in the Logan City Cemetery.
