Our precious baby, Edmund Alastair, was called home on Friday, November 27, 2015. He was born on May 27, 2015. Edmund was a gentle, patient soul who brought the blessing of happiness and love to the lives of everyone who knew him. In the short time he was here with us, Edmund made us smile, laugh, and enjoy each other. Each of us sends a piece of our heart with him as we say goodbye, and we’re left with a greater appreciation for the ones we love.
He is survived by his parents, Richard and Rayshe’L Macdonald; brothers, Alexander and Hyrum Macdonald; grandparents, Russ and Susan Jorgensen, Kenneth and Tammy Macdonald; great-grandparents Don and Dee Brown, Ivan and Arlene Stauffer; and many uncles, aunts, and cousins who will miss him so much. Thank you so much for your love and support.
A viewing will be held at Nelson Funeral Home in Smithfield (85 S. Main St.) on Tuesday, Dec. 1 from 6-8 pm. Funeral services will be held at the Newton 1st Ward Chapel (76 S. 100 W.) on Wednesday, Dec. 2 at 11 am. A viewing will be held from 9:30-10:30 at the same location.
