Doris Josephine Ruggerio

Doris J. Woodward Ruggerio Ogden: Doris J. Woodward Ruggerio, 82, passed away April 23, 2002, in Ogden, Utah. She was born in Tremonton, Utah, December 4, 1919, the daughter of Ernest and Veda Woodward. She was reared and educated in Tremonton and graduated from Bear River High School. She married Ernie Ruggerio, February 4, 1941, in Ogden, Utah. Doris was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She had been employed by the Federal Government at Defense Depot Ogden retiring in 1976 with over 33 years of service. During her period of service she received numerous awards and decorations. Prior to her government service she was a telephone operator in Tremonton and a hostess and cashier at the Ben Lomand Hotel in Ogden. Surviving are her husband, Ernest of Ogden; one brother Donald J. Woodward, Sacramento, CA; many wonderful nieces and nephews. Doris was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 27, 2002, at 10:00 a.m. at Rogers and Taylor Funeral Home, 111 North 100 East, Tremonton. Burial will be at the Tremonton Riverview Cemetery.
