Doris Evelyn Wabs McCracken

Smithfield ? Doris Evelyn Wabs McCracken, 83, of Smithfield passed away May 30, 2004 at Sunshine Terrace in Logan, Utah. She was born in Spencer, Nebraska on October 25, 1921 to August & Flo Burley Wabs. She later moved to Logan, where she met and married Cecil McCracken on October 24, 1941. Doris was a well known resident of Smithfield for more than sixty years. She is survived by one son, Mark McCracken and his wife, Patsy, of Charles Town, West Virginia. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil; three sisters: Bernice, Pearl & Phyllis; and four brothers: Albert, Herald, Walter, & Clayton Wabs. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 3, 2004 at Nelson Funeral Home, 85 South Main, Smithfield, Utah. Friends and family may call one hour prior to service.
