Newton ? Deborah Ray Turnbow, 48, passed away on Tuesday, May 20, 2003 at her home from an allergic reaction to medication. She was born May 14, 1955 in Salida, Colorado to Raymond & Virginia Bargett. Her growing years were spent in Salida, attending and graduating from the local schools. She moved to Cache Valley fourteen years ago, where she met her husband, Ed. She married Edice Fae Turnbow on December 31, 1994. Together they have raised a family of eight children. Deborah loved gardening, reading and crocheting. She especially loved animals and enjoyed caring for them. She had many talents and was a wonderful wife and mother. She will be dearly missed. She is survived by her husband, Ed; children: David Reekers, Conon, Co.; Steven Turnbow, Fente, Mo; TJ Turnbow, Fente, Mo; Jesse Turnbow, Lindsey Turnbow, Nic Turnbow, Kirsten Turnbow and Katie Turnbow, Newton. She is also survived by brothers: Tim and Mark Cook and sisters: Sharon Stotler, Salida, Co.; Dawn Colans, Grand Junction, Co.; a sister-in-law: Carolyn Richard Lee, Dugway, Ut; a brother-in-law Alton Linda Turnbow, Taylor, Ut. She was preceded in death by her parents: Ray and Virginia Bargett; in-laws: Bud and Gladys Turnbow and her grandparents, Spirlon and Viola Bargett. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 24, 2003 at the Newton 1st Ward Chapel, 90 South 100 West. Friends and family may call Saturday morning from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the church prior to services. Interment will be in the Newton City Cemetery. Condolences may be extended online at
