Tremonton, David Paul George, Sr., 61 passed away November 22. David was born June 26, 1950 in Attleboro, Mass. To Alfred George Sr. and Leona May Jarvis George. He grew up in Attleboro and Rehobeth, Mass. David graduated from Dighton Rehobeth Regional High School in 1969 and Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri in 1978. He married Paulette Chevalier July 11, 1970 in Rehobeth, Massachusetts. David owned and operated Dave?s Pets and Hobbies in Belle Haven, Virginia from 1992-2003. He was a pastor at Faith Baptist Church in Melfa, Virginia from 1990-2003. He also was an Independent Baptist Minister Missionary in France from 1980-1985, was a Pastor of Lighthouse Baptist Church on Nantucket, Mass. from 1985-1990. Currently he was the Pastor at Calvary Baptist Church in Tremonton, Utah. He enjoyed collecting coins, stamps, and gardening. Surviving is his spouse, Paulette, son?s David Paul Candy George, Jr., Garland, Utah, Peter Andrew Lori George, Tucson, Arizona. 3 Grandchildren, Jon D. Stephanie, and Andrea George. Also brother, Gary George, Tennessee, and two sisters, Elaine Delano, Mass., Gloria Wilber, Tennessee. Preceded in death by his Parents and Grandparents.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, November 26, at 1:00 PM at Rogers and Taylor Funeral Home Chapel, 111 North 100 East, Tremonton. Friends may call at the Funeral Home from 6-8 PM Friday evening at the Funeral Home, and Saturday from 11:30-12:30 prior to the funeral at the Funeral Home. Interment will be at the Tremonton Riverview Cemetery.
