Cyril Archie Goss

Tremonton ? Cyril Archie Goss, 79, passed away Tuesday, June 27, 2006. He was born January 28, 1927 to Archibald James and Alberta Marie Pulsipher Goss. He married Della Virginia Roylance May 24, 1948 in Brigham City, Utah. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Ogden LDS Temple.
Cyril served in the US Navy during WWII and the Korean War. He was an airplane mechanic at Hill Air Force Base retiring in 1957. He enjoyed being an auto mechanic, deer hunting and cycling.
Surviving are his wife, nine children: Timothy Scott Beverly Goss, South Jordan, UT; Cyril Ray Karen Goss, West Valley City, UT; Della Marie Mike Turner, Blackfoot, ID; Ronald L. Anne Goss, Tremonton, UT; David Brent Dena Goss, Garland, UT; Patti Jim Rasmussen, Brigham City, UT; Kathy L. Mike Strausbaugh, Ogden, UT; Cheryl Morrie Larson, Tremonton, UT; Robert D. Holly Goss, Tremonton, UT; 20 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; one brother, Leland Ray Nancy Goss, Bear River City, UT; and one sister, Melba Jean Jack Reeves, Ogden, UT.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, William Jay and James Archibald.
Viewings will be held Thursday, June 29, 2006 from 6-8 p.m. at Rogers and Taylor Funeral Home, 111 North 100 East, Tremonton and Friday from 9:30-10:40 a.m. at the Tremonton South Stake Center, 1150 South Tremont Street, Tremonton. Graveside services will be held Friday, June 30 at Tremonton Riverview Cemetery where military honors will be accorded.
