Connie H Peterson

Connie Hurren Peterson, 95, passed away Saturday morning January 10, 2015 in Logan, Utah.

Connie was born on November 1, 1919 to Clarence A & Carrie Follett Hurren. Connie was raised in Hyde Park, Utah and graduated from North Cache High School. She married Arthur Kermit Peterson on July 28, 1942 in Logan LDS Temple.

Connie was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. A mother of five children, she was a wonderful cook, an avid reader, an immaculate housekeeper, and enjoyed going on daily walks. She served a mission with her husband in Sweden in 1986. For many years Connie and Arthur attended the Logan LDS Temple twice a week. She enjoyed her grandchildren and always had a freezer full of Creamies and Fat Boys, and an endless supply of snickers.

She is survived by her children Nancy (Curt) Jaussi; Dwight (Nena) Peterson; Dennis (Ruth) Peterson; Marc (Vickie) Peterson & Brian (Diana) Peterson. 13 grandchildren & 28 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband Arthur, parents, and four siblings, Sidney Hurren, Roma Daines, Rula Farrell & Bruce Hurren.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, January 15, 2015 at 11:00am at the Smithfield 19th Ward LDS Chapel (640 N 200 East, Smithfield, Utah). Burial will be at the Smithfield City Cemetery.
