Clyde Arlo Larsen, 73, returned to his Heavenly Father July 27, 2003. He was born to Nephi Lauritz Larsen and Martha May Taylor in Fairview Idaho. He was the youngest of 8 children: Marie, Durward, Alta, Mervin, Dean, Keith, and Seth. He grew up in the Cache Valley Area. He married Bonne Thornley and they went on to have 5 children: Steve, Jerry, Janet, Linda, and Brent. He will be reunited with his mother, father, daughter Janet, as well as other family and friends. He was active in sports and excelled in wrestling and tennis. He enjoyed repairing, buying and selling automobiles. He was an entrepreneur businessman and started up many businesses that he would later sell. The businesses ranged from Army Surplus, Wrecking Yards, Arlo?s Auto, Bonne and Clydes Car Wash in Salmon, and Bonne and Clydes Convenience Store in Preston, Idaho. He was a Auctioneer and a merchandise collector. His famous saying was ?Today I Buy Junk, Tomorrow I Sell Merchandise.? Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 31, 2003 at Nelson Funeral Home, 162 East 400 North, Logan. Friends and family may call on Thursday from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. prior to services. Interment will be in the Smithfield City Cemetery.
