Cleo Taylor Brown

Cleo Taylor Brown 96, a long time resident of Providence, died July 5, 2004, at a Logan care center of causes incident to age. Cleo was born May 24, 1908, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Albert George Taylor and Josephine Bogedahl Taylor. In 1927 she married Donald W. Brown, who preceded her in death. Much of their married life was spent in southeastern Idaho. They were the parents of two sons D. Ken and Gary T., who preceded her in death in 1983. In 1953 she married Nathan Smith and returned to Cache Valley, Utah, he also preceded her in death. Survivors include a son D. Ken Brown, and his wife Dorothy, of McKinney, Texas, a granddaughter Cassi B. Palmatary Stacy, Plano, Texas, a grandson Jeffrey K. Brown Stephanie Gig Harbor, Washington., and three great grandsons Gregory, Jason, and Scott Palmatary, Plano, Texas. A step-son Mike Smith, Sandy, Utah and step-daughter Gayle Smith, California. Cleo will be remembered by her many friends for her love of flowers and her beautiful gardens. Graveside services will be conducted Saturday, July 10, 2004, at 2:00 p.m. at the Millville Cemetery.
