Charles Haston Winningham

Plymouth- Charles Haston ?Dan? Winningham died May 20, 2004 after an extended illness. He was born in Livingston, TN April 7, 1938 to Haskel and Veachel Sevier Winningam. Dan worked as a truck driver in Tennessee in his younger years and in construction after moving to Utah as a cement mason before his retirement. He loved horses and trained and traded horses for many years. Dan also enjoyed talking about his adventures as a youth and truck driver in Tennessee. Dan was impossible to beat at the game of Checkers. Dan married Katherine Berchtold on October 15, 1960. They were later divorced. He married Janet Hess and they were later divorced. He is survived by his daughters, Trina Criss Cornia of Plymouth, UT and Julie Vance Nelson of Caldwell, ID, grandchildren, Jonie, Cammi and Chas Cornia, and Lacy and Roy Nelson. He is also survived by brothers and sisters: Carvel Winningham, David Winningham, Aderene Hodge, Florene Smith and Kathlene Smith all of Livingston, TN, Dallas Winningham of Indianapolis, IN and Aderiene Hodge of Butte, MT. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Virgil, Verdie, Norman, Johnny Max and Darell and sister, Evelene. Graveside services were held at the Plymouth Cemetery on Nucor Road on Monday, May 24, 2004 at 3:00 PM. The viewing was held on Monday, May 24 from 1:00-2:30 PM at the Rogers-Taylor Mortuary in Tremonton, UT.
