Celia Joan Wilson Crow

March 4, 1935 — September 25, 2009

Celia Joan Wilson Crow passed away Sept. 25, 2009, at Logan Nursing and Rehabilitation Center with her family by her side. Celia was born March 4, 1935, in Tucson, Ariz. She moved to Cache Valley in 1968 with her five children. Celia was a tremendous cook, running her own bakery and working for USU catering services for many years. She enjoyed cooking and her pastries were decadent. Celia also worked at OPTIONS for Independence where she will be remembered for her service, kindness and concern. During her life Celia battled numerous health issues that could have left her dependent on others. However, she always fought her way back and kept an optimistic attitude. Her family was her greatest delight. She looked forward each year to the annual family reunion held at Bear Lake. Celia loved them all dearly and did everything in her capacity to be there for them. Celia is survived by her five children, Carl, Connie Bradford and Monica Steele of Salt Lake City, Tammy Johnson of Logan and Wayne of Providence. She has 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren who will always hold a special spot in her heart. The family would like to give thanks to the Dialysis Center at Logan Regional Hospital, Logan Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and Dr. Szpunar's office for all their loving care. A memorial will be held from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10. Please contact Kathleen at 435-753-5353 for the location. Light refreshments will be served. Condolences can be extended to the family at athena_smith01@yahoo.com . In lieu of flowers, donations for funeral costs are being accepted at OPTIONS, 1095 N. Main, Logan.
