Beulah Gancheff Barrett, 81, passed away peacefully on Monday May 26, 2003 at the Sunshine Terrace. She was born on September 2, 1921 in Lewiston, Utah to Evan and Elizabeth Lombardi Gancheff. Her growing years were spent in Cache Valley, attending and graduating from the local schools. She attended USU, graduating in Home Economics. She married Charles E. Barrett on August 4, 1947 in Las Vegas, Nevada and resided for several years in the Ogden area. Their family of two sons and one daughter brought them joy beyond compare. Beulah excelled as a professional in two fields: sewing and teaching. She took great pride and pleasure in the educational accomplishments of her children and grandchildren. The importance of education is one of the greatest gifts she passed on to those that follow her. Several years ago, she purchased her first computer and passionately enjoyed writing and using e-mail to maintain contact with family and friends. She is survived by her mother; her husband, Charles; son: Michael Kim Vickie, Richland, Washington; Daughter: Nancy Neil Motter, San Diego, California; sisters: Anna Baker, Trenton, Utah; Elaine Benton, Idaho Falls, Idaho and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father; a son, Robert Charles and a brother, David Gancheff. A graveside service will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday, May 31, 2003 at the Trenton City Cemetery, Trenton, Utah.
