Tremonton, UT ? Betty June Cahill Knell, 77, passed away Sunday, July 8, 2007. She was born May 8, 1930 inWeb City, MO to Leslie James and Lucille Watson Cahill. She married Frank H. Knell November 1, 1947 in Oronogo, MO.
Betty loved her family and enjoyed genealogy and crocheting. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served as Relief Society President and two church missions. Surviving are her husband, Frank H. Knell, children: Frank Gaylon Knell, Tremonton, Linda Anderson, Bear River City, Becky Backerman, Lamar, MO, Scott Knell, San Francisco, CA and LaNae Boatright, Stephenville, TX; sister, Patricia Ingram; eight grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Preceding her in death are her parents and twin sister, Billie Fredericksen.
A viewing will be held Wednesday, July 11, 2007 from 9:00-10:40 a.m. at Tremonton South Stake Center, 1150 South Tremont St., Tremonton. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Elwood Cemetery.
The family requests that donations be sent to the Bear River Valley Care Center, 460 West 600 North, Tremonton, Utah 84337.
