Bernice Karen Marshall

Bernice Karen Bjorn Marshall Sept. 21, 1913 - April 3, 2005 Bernice Bjorn Marshall, of Boulder, Colorado formerly of Peoria, Illinois died of pneumonia Sunday evening, April 3, 2005. She was 91. The daughter of Sofus Englehart Bjorn and Clara Jensen Bjorn, she was born September 21, 1913 in Omaha, Nebraska. They later settled in Tremonton, Utah. She married Paul Robert Marshall in Tremonton on June 25, 1940. He preceded her in death on July 4, 2002, after 62 years of marriage. She graduated from Bear River High in Tremonton and attended Utah State, She lived in Peoria, Illinois from 1946 to 1998 when she moved to Boulder, CO. She is survived by four sons Paul Bob Robert Marshall Jr. of Irvine, CA, Terry R. Marshall of Longmont, CO, Todd B. Marshall of Spring, TX, and Jon K. Marshall of Sunrise, FL and one daughter Kay Marshall Smart of Boulder, CO. and eight grandchildren. She was preceded in death by four brothers, Gene, Lyle, Melvin and Duane Bjorn and survived by two sisters Betty Wrathall, and Trix Ewer. A memorial service will be held at the old Methodist Church in Tremonton, Utah, on Monday, April 11, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in the Tremonton Cemetery.
