Bennett W. Tack, 71, passed away on November 14, 2016. He was born October 9, 1945 in Grand Forks ND, to Floyd Tack and Shirley Baker Tack.
He graduated from East Grand Forks Central MN in 1964. He was drafted into
Vietnam in the fall of 1966. He received an honorable discharge in 1969.
He married Linda Dale Rolph on July 18, 1970. They had four children. The love of his life passed away on April 4, 1996.
He enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing and spending time with family and friends.
He loved football. His favorite team was the Minnesota Vikings. He thoroughly enjoyed
his job as a professional Truck Driver of 47 years. Traveling every state except Alaska and Hawaii.
He is survived by his son, Shon Kresie of Wellsville UT; Troy Kresie of Brigham City UT; Amber Tack Larsen (Eric) of Logan UT; and Andrea Tack (Tamara) of Brigham City, UT; Sister Cleo Tack Lealos (Tom) Powell WY; and brother Jack Tack (Louis) TX; 15 grandkids and 17 great grandkids. He is preceded in death by his wife, granddaughter, Breanne Jorgensen, grandson, Izak Thomas Munez; two brothers, Buddy Tack, and Dan Tack, parents Floyd and Shirley Tack.
Services will be held on November 19, 2016 at Nelson Funeral Home, 162 East 400 North in Logan. The Viewing will be from 9:30 am to 10:30 am, funeral to follow at 11:00 am.
