Barbara Lee Rayborn Snyder Beeson

March 8, 1939 — November 17, 2006

Barbara Lee Rayborn Snyder Beeson, former River Heights resident, passed peacefully from this life last Friday evening, November 17, 2006 in Boise, Idaho, after a valiant struggle with cancer. Barbara was the second child born to Norman and Carol Rayborn. She was born on March 8, 1939 in Portland, Oregon. Barbara lived in Portland until moving to Baker City, Oregon where she graduated from Baker High School. Barbara lived in many cities throughout the United States due to her husband?s military service. She served in the Untied States Air Force from 1956 until 1959. Barbara married Walter W. Snyder on October 17, 1958 in Fairfield, Califronia. They had four children. They were later divorced. She also married Russell Bud Beeson on April 16, 1976 in Baker, Oregon. They had one child together. They later divorced as well. Barbara was an active member of the Caldwell 5th Ward in Caldwell, Idaho at the time of her death. She loved doing genealogy work and searching out her family members. She also loved working in the LDS Temples. She leaves four children still living: Barry J. Snyder of Logan, Utah; Kelly J. Snyder Vicci of Meridian, Idaho; Cynthia M. Tuttle Brian of Clearfield, Utah; and Douglas M. Beeson Jennifer of Boise, Idaho. Barbara also leaves several grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Her parents and her eldest son, David William Snyder, precede Barbara in death. Our thanks go out to the many people who have helped Barbara and her family through her passing. A graveside service will be held at 12:00 noon Wednesday, November 22, 2006 at the Providence City Cemetery. Friends and family may call from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. at Nelson Funeral Home, 162 East 400 North, Logan, prior to service.
