Aryan Spencer

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the loss of Aryan, our 11-year-old daughter, sister, and friend.

Aryan Mikele Spencer passed away on April 28, 2023, after a short but courageous battle with an aggressive form of sarcoma cancer.

Despite her young age, Aryan faced her illness with remarkable strength and resilience, never once giving up hope or losing her infectious spirit. She was a source of inspiration and joy to all who knew her, and her unwavering determination to live life to the fullest even in the face of adversity touched the hearts of countless people.

Aryan was born on September 21, 2011, and was the beloved daughter of her parents, Shane and Ashley Spencer, a big sister to her sisters, McKinley, and Oakleigh, as well as having three older sisters. Karleigh, Samantha, and Alexis.

She loved spending time with her family, playing with her friends, and lots of board games with her sisters. She enjoyed doing her make up and spending time reading and learning. Aryan had a natural curiosity and a love of life that shined through in everything she did.

The loss of Aryan is a tragedy that has touched the hearts of all who knew her. Her family, friends, and community will always remember her for the bright light she brought into our lives, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Rest in peace, sweet Aryan. Your memory will live on forever in the hearts of those who loved you. Pinky promise.

A celebration of her life will be held at her home in Smithfield for all those who would like to be involved.
