Armand Jules Bouchard

April 15, 1937 — April 19, 2016

Armand was born in Pawtucket, RI on April 15, 1937. He passed peacefully surrounded by family at Logan Regional Hospital. He served honorably with the U.S. Army in Korea as Specialist 4th Class from 1964-1966. He was very proud of his service to his country.
Armand married Maxine Reeve Ivie on March 20, 1971 & they were later sealed in the Manti Temple. He worked as a lithographer in can manufacturing for 30 years. He moved with his family to Hinckley, Utah upon retirement. He was baptized a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Feb. 9, 1985 which was very important to him. He was an excellent carpenter and artisan. He made beautiful wood products and stunning fretwork clocks, which he enjoyed giving as gifts to all his family. He was very giving and enjoyed helping others.
Armand is survived by his wife, Maxine; Bruce Ivie(Deb) Plano, TX; Kevin Ivie (Vicki) Delta, UT; Michael Ivie(Joran) Smithfield, UT Kristi Olsen(Brad) Mendon, UT Tracy Bouchard (Kathy) Dallas, TX; 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren. He was preceeded in death by his parents, & sister Irene.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 11 am at the Green Meadows Ward Chapel (1250 W. 680 S. Logan). A viewing will be held prior from 9:30-10:30. Burial will follow at Logan Cemetery. Condolences and memories may be shared online at www.nelsonfuneralhome.com
