Ardith Marie Griffiths

Ardith Marie Griffiths, 81, of Clarkston, died November 1, 2004, at the Sunshine Terrace in Logan, Utah. She was born September 19, 1923, in McGill, Nevada, the daughter of Leonard Jacob Larsen and Elsie Lillie Marie Scholer. She married Dell Clark Griffiths on August 30, 1942. They settled in Clarkston, where Ardith would spend the next 62 years of her life. Ardith was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Her family always came first. She worked at the Mode O Day factory in Logan for over 30 years. She enjoyed crocheting, gardening and was an excellent cook--candies and baking were her specialties. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and would always give freely of her time in service to those in need. She is survived by her three children: DelRoy Gwen of Logan, Sandra Mackelprang Lon of Springfield, IL and Pamela Tyler Mower of Clarkston; one stepsister: Sheryl Bair of Mulege, Mexico; seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. A short service of remembrance will be held Friday, November 5, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at Rogers and Taylor Funeral Home located at 111 North 100 East, Tremonton.
