Anne Gancheff Baker passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 26, 2010 in the privacy of her home surrounded by family. Anne was born on November 13, 1923 in Denver, CO to Evan John Gancheff and Marie Elizabeth Lombardi. Anne is survived by her twin sister, Elaine Benton, of Idaho Falls, Idaho and a sister-in-law, Beverly Gancheff of Logan, Utah. She is also survived by two of her three children from a first marriage; Deanna Parkinson, Terry Jay Hodges deceased and Todd Lee Hodges by which she had 8 natural grandchildren and 12 natural great-grandchildren. Anne was later married to Melvin Walker Baker on February 6, 1971 and is also survived by 4 step-children from this marriage; Valarie Ann Baker, Dantzel Kay Trujillo, Margie Fern Southworth and Dean Melvin Baker. Since Anne's passing she is now in the loving embrace of her beloved Melvin. Family and friends may join together on June 1, 2010 from 10:00 am to 11:30 am at Nelson Funeral Home, 162 East 400 North, Logan, UT 84321, followed by funeral services at 12:00 Noon.
