Alfred ''Curly'' Hall Lloyd

HOWELL: Alfred ?Curly? Hall Lloyd, 80, of Howell, died after an extended illness on Friday, December 13, 2002 at his residence in Howell. He was born on September 16, 1922 in Arcidia, Utah the eighth of the thirteen children of William Monroe Lloyd, Jr. and Jessie Myrtle Hall. He married Ella Mae Hyden on April 5, 1952 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple. Alfred served in the Navy during World War II. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where he served faithfully in various callings. He is survived by his wife of 5o years, Ella, of Howell; there children ? Karma Steve Wilcox of Mesa, AZ, Chuck Dawn Lloyd of Shelley, ID, Paul Kathleen Lloyd of Smithfield, Rodney Joyce Lloyd of Riverton, UT, Jayne John Gallo of South Jordan, UT; brothers and sisters ? Nida Arnold Novas, Grace Burtt, Lena Brackett, ArnonYvonne, DonGwen and Loren Ruby; in-laws ? Lyle Lois Nessen, LaMont Ranae Nessen, Milton Helen Mecham, Larene Mathis, Ron Kay Rushton; 13 grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents; brothers ? Leo & Max; sisters ? Ruth, Sharee, Louie, and Ruby. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 16, 2002 at the Howell LDS Church. Friends may call Sunday, December 15, from 6:00 ? 7:30 p.m. at Rogers & Taylor Funeral Home, and Monday from 9:30 ? 10:40 a.m. at the Church. Interment will be in the Howell Cemetery.
