Winfred Leland Tillman

Winfred (Win) Leland Tillman died Dec. 13, 2015. He was born March 27th, 1930 in Orange Heights, FL. He began his eternal family with Inez Lorrain Clawson, the light of his life, on October 22, 1956 in the Salt Lake City temple.
He had seven wonderful children: Chad (Carol) Tillman, Marlene Tillman, Roger (AnnaLee) Tillman, Elaine (Roy) Hebdon, Callie (Dave Erickson), Heidi (Jay) Rees and Amy (Ed) Griffin. He has many grandchildren and great grandchildren that he loved deeply.
His beautiful wife died in 1997.
“In life he tried to be helpful, bids all so long for now. Hope to greet all beyond the veil. All of you are literal brothers and sisters from the spiritual pre-existence. See you later alligator.” – Dad
In lieu of flowers the family asks that you donate to the LDS mission fund and attend the temple to honor their father.
The family would like to thank the staff and residents at Pioneer Valley Lodge for all of their love and kindness shown toward our dad and grandfather during the time he has lived there. We also like to thank Nielson’s Funeral Home for their kindness at the time of our loss.
Funeral services will be held Friday, December 18, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. in the North Logan 6th, 8th and 12th Ward Chapel, 2540 North 400 East, North Logan. Friends may call Thursday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Nelson Funeral Home, 162 East 400 North, Logan and Friday at the church from 9 to 10 a.m. Interment will be in the Ramah, New Mexico Cemetery.
